There was only six people in gumdo class which is nice because it&#8217;s easier to concentrate and see the teacher.  I haven&#8217;t practiced swords in awhile so it was good for me.  After I took taekwondo class.  The last time I was in was exactly two weeks, so of course I go to class and my Master feels like making us spar.  But&#8230; I wasn&#8217;t too tired for it.  My knee was bothering me a little bit, but not too much.  This time I could kind of ignore it.<\/p>\n<p>After I left the do jang I headed to the gym to meet Nathan.<\/p>\n<p>Leg lifts<br \/>\nPull-ups (again military and parallel)<br \/>\nDips<br \/>\nLeg press<br \/>\nHamstring flexor (called seated leg curls)<br \/>\nHip adductors<br \/>\nHip abductors<br \/>\nChest press<br \/>\nBar pulls (works the muscles next to the scapulae on the back)<br \/>\nPectoral press<br \/>\nSeated row<br \/>\nShoulder fly<br \/>\nShoulder lift<br \/>\nTricep extensor<br \/>\nBack extensor<br \/>\nStomach curls<\/p>\n<p>Free weights:<br \/>\nBicep curl<br \/>\nTwo shoulder exercises (no idea what they are called; someone showed them to me)<br \/>\nWrist strengthening<\/p>\n<p>Side situps and stretching<\/p>\n<p>It felt good to get some cardio and some weight training.<\/p>\n<p>BB,<br \/>\nCassandrah<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.brigidsflame.com\/\">Brigid&#8217;s Flame<\/a><\/p>\n<div name=\"googleone_share_1\" style=\"position:relative;z-index:5;float: right; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 10px;\"><g:plusone size=\"medium\" count=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.brigidsflame.com\/feymorgaina\/blog\/?p=150\"><\/g:plusone><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MM, I went to the do jang finally and took gumdo and taekwondo class.
