Damn, that just hurts my back thinking of that. Of course I had to try, and yeah that hurts. The flexibility is all in the spine. If only I had started when I was younger, like five.<\/p>\n

Well, that’s motivation for me to get back to training and improve my flexibility some more. Don’t think I’ll ever be as flexible as that, but I can still try and see how far I get. I’ll just be happy if I can get into full splits (still a few degrees off 180).<\/p>\n
