My knee was bothering me, so I didn&#8217;t do any running, only some weight training.<\/p>\n<p>Leg press<br \/>\nHamstring flexor<br \/>\nHip adductors<br \/>\nHip abductors<br \/>\nPull-ups (again military and parallel)<br \/>\nDips<br \/>\nChest press<br \/>\nBar pulls (works the muscles next to the scapulae on the back)<br \/>\nPectoral press<br \/>\nShoulder fly<br \/>\nShoulder lift<br \/>\nBicep curl<br \/>\nTricep extensor<\/p>\n<p>I did my standard 100 pushups.  I did 100 crunches\/situps at the do jang so didn&#8217;t do anymore stomach work.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday<\/p>\n<p>I went to the do jang and only took gumdo class.  My knee was still bothering me a little bit and I wasn&#8217;t in the mood to do taekwondo kicking with an uncomfortable knee.  I ended up just going home and taking it easy.<\/p>\n<p>Friday<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s only gumdo on Friday at the do jang and as the children were having a sleepover starting at 8 p.m., we only had the one hour class.  We did some candle snuffing as well as a quick run through of cuts and patterns.<\/p>\n<p>I went to the track after to do some running.  However I was feeling a little tired and my knee wasn&#8217;t that great, so I didn&#8217;t do as much running as I&#8217;d like.  I did two laps only and at a slow pace.<\/p>\n<p>Today<\/p>\n<p>Well, today is Saturday, so maybe I&#8217;ll get some good running in.  It&#8217;s just been so cold lately that I haven&#8217;t felt like getting out of my nice warm bed.  The change in weather also affects my breathing.
