It’s been a busy weekend, so only had time for a little bit of running today.<\/p>\n

I did a small route (roughly 1 mile) around my home. Here’s the route:<\/p>\n

1) Starting from home, run to Church and Isabella
\n2) North on Church to Bloor
\n3) East on Bloor to Huntley
\n4) South on Huntley to Isabella and head home<\/p>\n

My time for this run today was 9 minutes 13 seconds.<\/p>\n

After I got home, I did my 100 pushups and some stomach crunches and of course, stretched out my muscles.<\/p>\n

The weather has been a bit of a downer for me making it hard to keep motivated to run, but I’ll keep trying! Hopefully tomorrow I can get some work done and get some exercise.<\/p>\n
