It felt good to get some exercise.  The run earlier helped.  I think it&#8217;s because it clears out my lungs in the morning (I get congested from my allergies).  My tail bone still hurts a bit though, so had to give up on situps.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow is poomse (patterns) class.  I should try to get in earlier to practice mine.
